OUR MISSION:
The Legacy Lead Network works with students one-on-one to ensure they are motivated, growing, and setting themselves up for success, and for matriculation into competitive colleges and careers for as little, if any, debt as possible, via Mentoring, Advising, College Admissions, Coaching, and Youth Development. 

Hi! My name is Dr. Lowe, Ms. Lowe, or Ms. Shontia, depending on which context you know me. I am the Founder and Chief Legacy Lead Network Builder. I am a Youth Developer, Community Connector, and a Bridge and Capacity Builder. My purpose and passion are ensuring our youth operate at their optimal, working assiduously towards their educational and social success, in whatever form it looks like for them. With 15+ years of experience in the Education and Youth Development sectors, with public, charter, and private school students, I am excited about the prospect of a partnership with you! I earned Bachelor's degrees in Spanish and English from Mount Holyoke College, my Master's degree in Public Policy with a focus on Education from Drexel University, and a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Management with a focus on Global and International Education from Drexel University. I hold an Executive Certificate in Advanced Educational Leadership from Harvard University, and an Executive Certificate in Nonprofit Leadership and Management from the University of Maryland, College Park. In partnership with you, I commit to:

1)  Ensuring your youth is continuously growing and improving inside and outside of the classroom.

2) Setting your youth up on a pathway for success educationally so they can be as competitive as possible for the best match school/college and/or career, for them, as possible.

3) Using my expertise in career coaching, college admissions, advising, and selection, youth development, and financial aid, to ensure your youth matriculates into a reputable and competitive college and graduate, and into lucrative careers that puts them on a pathway to purpose and success, with little to no debt as possible.
