The Legacy Lead Network is the result of an accumulation of 15+ years of first-hand professional experiences working with students in middle school, high school, and in navigating college and/or career. Having worked with these students inside the classroom and after school, a common trend was observed- students oftentimes encountered challenges transitioning into high school, transitioning into college or a career of choice, and matriculating and successfully completing their college degree and/or career pathway, due to fit and/or finances (insufficient funding or the fear of being saddled with debt). With a skill in curating the turnaround and/or development of our youth, from the struggling student to the student that is exceling inside and outside of the classroom, a niche for The Legacy Lead Network was born. Our youth are more than a name and Student ID number. The Legacy Lead Network is here to curate a smooth and successful transition to and through high school and college and career for every youth we serve. We have two distinct purposes: 1) Fill the gap in Mentorship, Academic Coaching, College and Career Advising, and College Selection and Admission, using the tenets of Youth Development to drive each of our youth's continuous growth inside and outside of the classroom, so they can operate as their best selves, on the pathway to being a Legacy Leader, and 2) Provide tailored, individualized, rigorous, and quality college and career pathways, coaching, and mapping services that ensure students have successful transitions to high school, and ultimately college and career, with little if any debt as possible, charting their paths as Legacy Leaders.

The Legacy Lead Network works with students 1:1 to ensure they are motivated, growing, and setting themselves up for success, and for matriculation into competitive colleges and careers for as little debt as possible, via Mentoring, Advising, College Admissions, Career and College Coaching, and Youth Development.
